By accessing or using ME23, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Privacy Statement (Zero‑PII + Stripe Model)
ME23Longevity does not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information. All wellness inputs, habits, and progress data remain entirely on your device and never leave your control. When payments are made, all billing information is handled exclusively by Stripe, our secure third‑party payment processor, under their own PCI‑compliant systems. We receive only anonymous, non‑identifying tokens (such as subscription or customer IDs) to activate your plan—never your name, email, card details, or any personal data. ME23Longevity is designed as a fully private, zero‑tracking experience where your identity always stays yours.
3. Use of the Service
ME23 is intended for personal wellness and informational purposes only. The projections and insights provided are not medical advice and should not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
4. Intellectual Property
The ME23 name, logo, and all associated content are the intellectual property of ME23. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
When you see this logo, be assured that the business is a trusted, privacy-first company.
5. Subscription, Billing & Disclaimer of Warranties
ME23Longevity is offered as a recurring subscription billed through Base44 Payments (powered by Wix). By subscribing, you authorize Base44 Payments (powered by Wix) to automatically charge your selected plan amount each billing cycle (monthly or annual) until you cancel. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of any projections or recommendations. Because we do not store your personal information, we cannot offer refunds, prorated credits, or discounts for partial billing periods. You remain responsible for cancelling before your next renewal to avoid further charges.
6. Cancellation & Limitation of Liability
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops all future recurring charges; you will keep access until the end of your current paid period, and no further payments will be taken after that. To cancel, use the cancellation link below or email us and we will stop your recurring payments. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ME23Longevity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Refund Policy
Subscriptions purchased on the web are billed through Base44 Payments (powered by Wix). Because we do not store your personal information, we generally do not offer refunds or prorated credits for partial billing periods — cancelling stops all future charges while preserving access through the end of your current paid period. If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, all refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google under their respective policies, and you should request them through Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play. We may update these terms from time to time. Note that the privacy-first architecture will remain intact. 9. Sponsors & Advertising
ME23 may feature sponsors and partner brands on tailored pages, including links to their websites. These are contextual sponsorships only — shown based on page content, not based on tracking you. ME23 does not use the Android Advertising ID (AAID), does not use any advertising SDKs, does not track you across apps, and does not build advertising profiles. Clicking a sponsor link takes you to that company's own website, which is governed by their own privacy policy.
10. Data Safety
We are committed to transparency about how data is handled. Your photos and wellness habits are stored locally on your device — we never store them on our servers. When you use AI features, photos and habit details are sent securely (encrypted in transit) for processing only and are not retained afterward. We never collect your name, email, or any personally identifiable information. Payments are processed securely by Base44 Payments (powered by Wix). We do not use advertising IDs, do not use any advertising SDKs, do not track you across apps, and never sell your data. Because data lives on your device, you can delete it anytime by clearing the app's data or deleting your saved file.
