Save Your Subscriber ID
Your ID is your only key to the dashboard — there's no account or password. Keep it somewhere safe.
Important: If you lose your ID, you will lose access to your dashboard. We cannot recover it — no accounts, no email login, no password reset.
Copy your ID immediately
After payment, your unique ME23 ID is shown on screen. Tap the copy button right away — don't close the page first.
Email it to yourself
Open your email app and send your ID to yourself with subject line "My ME23 ID" so it's always searchable.
Save it in your notes
Paste it into Apple Notes, Google Keep, or any notes app on your phone. Pin it so you can find it instantly.
Return anytime
Come back to ME23, tap "Subscriber Login" in the top nav, enter your ID, and you're straight into your dashboard.
