ME23Longevity (developer: Christina Black) is built privacy-first. This page explains exactly how to request deletion of your data.

On your Android device, go to Settings → Apps → ME23Longevity → Storage → Clear Data. This instantly and permanently removes all photos, habit logs, and results stored on your device.
If you exported a backup file (me23-data-*.json), simply delete that file from your device's storage to remove your saved data.
If you subscribed and want your anonymous access code removed from our records, email service@me23ecosystems.com with your access code. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by reply.
Deleted: All photos, habit logs, AI analysis results, and progress data — these are stored only on your device and are removed the moment you clear app data or delete your file.
Kept (temporarily): An anonymous access code tied to your subscription. It contains no personal information. On email request it is deleted within 30 days. We never store your name, email, photos, or habit data on our servers.
Payments: Billing data is handled by Base44 Payments (powered by Wix) and is subject to their own retention policy — not stored by us.
